WizzGift Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of WizzGift’s website (www.wizzgift.com) and Android mobile application (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services—including browsing, purchasing, or registering an account—you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OR OUR PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MAY NOT USE OUR PLATFORM.


2. Definitions

WizzGift / “we” / “us” / “our”: Refers to WizzGift, the company operating the website and mobile application.

User / “you” / “your”: Any individual or entity using the Platform.

Digital Currency: Cryptocurrency or any other form of digital payment accepted by WizzGift.

Product(s): Gift cards, phone top-ups, vouchers, and other offerings on the Platform.

Registered User: A User who has completed the application and account registration process.

Loyalty Program: A system that rewards Registered Users with Points redeemable for Rewards.

Points & Rewards: Points are loyalty credits; Rewards are redeemable products/services.


3. The Service

  • We resell digital Products from authorized suppliers.
  • Users pay via Digital Currency within 15 minutes of transaction initiation.
  • Redemption and delivery of Products vary based on product type.
  • Blockchain confirmations are required for order validation.

4. Account and Tiers

WizzGift categorizes Users into three tiers:

  • Tier 1 (Unregistered): Daily limit: $2,000 | Monthly limit: $5,000
  • Tier 2 (Registered): Daily limit: $5,000 | Monthly limit: $10,000
  • Tier 3 (Verified): Higher limits subject to KYC verification

KYC data includes proof of identity, residence, and other necessary info. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or notify authorities in the case of fraud or policy violation.


5. Refund and Dispute Policy

  • Refunds are possible only for failed transactions.
  • Refunds are issued in the original Digital Currency.
  • No refunds are offered for successfully delivered products.
  • Fraudulent claims will be reported.

6. Loyalty Program

  • Points can be earned, accumulated, and redeemed.
  • FIFO applies to point redemption.
  • Points expire: end of 1 calendar year after issue.
  • Retroclaims: Allowed under specific conditions.
  • Misuse of the Program leads to account cancellation and loss of privileges.

7. Intellectual Property

All WizzGift materials—logo, content, software—are proprietary. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without written consent.


8. Third-Party Relationships

We are not affiliated with any Issuer of Products. We only act as resellers.

Users are solely responsible for understanding the Issuer’s terms.


9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

WizzGift disclaims liability for:

  • Loss or theft of rewards
  • Downtime or technical errors
  • User errors during checkout (e.g. wrong wallet address)
  • Illegal use of the Platform

Max liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will first be subject to informal resolution between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted according to the rules of the governing jurisdiction.


11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
